Bladder cancer and upper tract urothelial cancer - what GPs should know

Urological surgeon and uro-oncologist Dr Pras Satasivam will provide an overview of the aetiology and presentation of bladder cancer and upper tract urothelial cancer and an update on the latest surgical, radiation and systemic therapies. Pras will list recommended investigations and when referral to a specialist is recommended. Case studies will be used for context.

• Describe the contemporary management of bladder cancer and upper tract urothelial cancer. 
• List the red flags that recommend immediate referral to a specialist.
