Ask Me Anything... Changing to Chronic Condition Management

AAPM in collaboration with Services Australia is excited to host a series of informative and interactive webinars called “Ask Me Anything”.

From 1 July 2025, changes will be introduced which affect the MBS items and billing for patients' chronic conditions. The change from Chronic Disease Management (CDM) to Chronic Condition Management (CCM) will occur over the next 18 months. Join us in this webinar to discuss how MyMedicare will be an important part of the change, and how patients will still be able to have CCM plans without MyMedicare.
