Delivered in partnership by the Victorian, Tasmanian and Adelaide Primary Health Networks, the After Hours in Aged Care webinar series brings together residential aged care staff from across the country to explore practical solutions to current sector challenges.

Join us for this FREE three-part webinar series to support Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) to strengthen after-hours care, improve clinical decision-making, and prepare for future models of care.

Session Two: Embedding Practical After-Hours Systems

Guest Speaker:

Andrea Russell is Director of Clinical Services at Great Ocean Road Health and a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of experience in aged care and healthcare across Australia and the UK. Passionate about improving outcomes for older Australians, Andrea has seen the aged care sector evolve significantly throughout her career and continues to champion person-centred, high-quality care. Known for her practical approach, she brings real-world stories, proven strategies and achievable tips to help residential aged care homes improve care outcomes—regardless of their size, circumstances or current quality indicator results. She is also a PhD candidate at Deakin University researching consumer choice and risk enablement in falls prevention in residential aged care.
