The Cultural Responsiveness Assessment Tool (CRAT) was developed in 2021 for use by primary health care providers commissioned by North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN).
That year, a pilot program was established and seven service providers were commissioned to test the toolkit. In January 2024, the seven providers were re-engaged to determine whether they had continued to use the CRAT. This report details the results.
