The Vision Initiative offers online CPD on eye health and free resources to assist with incorporating eye health information in consultations.
CPD accredited online modules on eye health are available for primary health care professionals including GPs (via ThinkGP), nurses (via APNA and ANMF) and pharmacists (via PSA), and a newly released module for diabetes educators (via ADEA). Free eye health resources are available to download or order from the Vision Initiative website and include patient information sheets about common causes of vision loss in 11 languages. There is also a range of audio files and video clips.
