Some Western Health faxes not received by GPs

Unfortunately some Western Health faxed correspondence (including discharge summaries) did not successfully send to GPs between Thursday, 17 November 2022 and Monday, 28 November 2022.

Although the issue has been resolved, we are working on re-triggering all faxes that failed to send. This only impacts correspondence sent via fax.

If you were expecting correspondence during this time period that you have not yet received and is urgent, please contact Medical Records on 03 8345 6353 who can manually fax required correspondence to your clinic.

We are anticipating all messages to be re-sent within the week commencing Monday, 12 December 2022.
