Commonwealth-funded places are now available for registered nurses with one year of clinical experience to complete the University of Melbourne Nurse Immuniser short course free of charge (conditions apply).
A number of public and private places are available across the country including registered nurses working in general practice. This course is accredited by Health Education Services Australia and enables nurses to authorise immunisations independently in most states and territories.
