Statewide referral criteria were introduced in Victoria in 2018.
The Victorian Department of Health is inviting referring clinicians to provide feedback on their user experience as part of an evaluation of the criteria. We are interested in exploring the impact of statewide referral criteria on making referrals to specialist clinics at public hospitals.
This anonymous short survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The closing date is Friday, 17 March 2023.
