Austin Health discharge summaries will soon have a GP feedback link - North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network

From Monday, 7 February 2022, Austin Health discharge summaries will include a link to an online feedback survey.

This link will allow GPs to provide feedback on the overall quality and timeliness of the summary received. This data will be extremely useful to Austin Health for quality improvement and staff training purposes.

The survey is very brief and quick and easy to complete. Please keep an eye out for the hyperlink and provide your feedback.
