Based on general practice feedback from our recent prostate cancer GP survey, we invite general practitioners and practice nurses to participate in a small group learning (SGL) activity.
Come along, learn, share your knowledge and expertise. This will be supported by a skilled facilitator, knowledge champions, evidence-based resources and relevant case studies on prostate cancer.
Topics
Topics explored can be from any aspect of prostate cancer care and will be chosen by the group. Potential topics identified from the prostate cancer GP survey are:
- latest PSA guidelines;
- urinary, bowel and sexual dysfunction;
- psycho-social issues;
- side effects of hormone, radiotherapy and
- chemotherapy treatments.
