The Practical approaches to prostate cancer care from diagnosis to shared care educational event is intended to update primary care practitioners on the new Western Health 'shared care' model for prostate cancer patients and the latest evidence based prostate cancer care.

Auditorium, Footscray Hospital, Gordon Street, Footscray 

This event will provide primary care practitioners with the latest evidence based prostate cancer care and launch Western Health’s new prostate cancer survivorship shared care model. Expert health professionals will follow the prostate cancer optimal care pathway providing participants with the knowledge and resources to deliver best practice care.
