Are you a primary health care clinician involved in providing long-acting reversible contraception (LARC), early medical abortion (EMA) care, or management of endometriosis with LARC?

AusCAPPS (the Australian Contraception and Abortion Primary Care Practitioner Support Network) is a free national, online community of practice that connects primary care clinicians across Australia with practical resources, clinical support, peer learning, and opportunities to share experiences in a supportive environment.

We are delighted to share that AusCAPPS has received continued funding from the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing until June 2028, allowing us to continue growing and strengthening support for clinicians providing reproductive health care in primary care nationwide.

As an AusCAPPS member, you can:

  • Connect with a national network of clinicians interested in LARC and EMA care
  • Ask clinical questions and learn from peers and expert clinician leads
  • Participate in case study discussions focused on real-world practice
  • Stay informed about relevant CPD education opportunities and networking events
  • Receive updates on emerging research, policy developments, and best practice
  • Access evidence-based resources to support your clinical practice.

Membership is free and open to all GPs, GP trainees, nurses, nurse practitioners, midwives, pharmacists, and other primary health care professionals interested in delivering high-quality reproductive health care.

Join AusCAPPS today and become part of a growing community of primary care clinicians working together to improve access to contraception and abortion care across Australia.
