North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) has updated its Supplier Code of Conduct in line with its commitment to ethical procurement and Modern Slavery compliance.
The updated code comes into force on 1 September 2026 and will apply to all new commissioning contract variations from that date.
From 1 September 2027, it will also extend to new non-commissioning contracts and applicable contract variations.
The code establishes clear expectations for supplier behaviour across key ethical domains. It aligns with Victorian and Commonwealth government procurement standards, as well as other relevant legislation and policies including the Modern Slavery Act.
For further information, please see the NWMPHN Supplier Code of Conduct Fact Sheet.
It is linked and will form part of all tendering correspondence.
Please share this information with relevant stakeholders within your organisation and its supply chain partners.
