Re-credentialing for the 2026–2028 triennium for Shared Maternity Care affiliate general practitioners, obstetricians and midwives is taking place from now until December 2025.
Current affiliates should have received an invitation via email from one of the four Shared Care Collaborative hospitals: the Royal Women’s Hospital, Mercy Health, Northern Health or Western Health.
