HealthLink’s Argus messaging system shutting down

27 October 2025  HealthLink    |   Third party content – view disclaimer

HealthLink’s Argus secure messaging platform will shut permanently on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

Clinics still using this service need to migrate their information to migrate information and address books to another part of the HealthLInk system without delay. Failure to do so will result in loss of contacts, workflow disruptions and the inability to exchange critical information.

Clinics with an existing HealthLink account can find information on how migrate address books in this company user guide (.pdf).

To ensure messages are now sent via HealthLink, the system must be set as default in your clinic software. See here for configuration guides: Best Practice | MedicalDirector Clinical | Genie | Shexie Platinum

Once these steps have been completed, your Argus account can be formally closed by emailing argus@health.telstra.com.

Clinics without a HealthLink account should email transition@healthlink.net without delay.
