In response to community consultation, North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) has developed Precious Time – a unique website for people who have received an end-of-life diagnosis, their friends, families and carers.
Precious Time provides one-stop access to hundreds of resources and services that provide support and assistance during what can be a very stressful period.
It also contains expert advice on subjects ranging from cultural traditions, to relationships, to funeral planning, including tips for initiating difficult conversations with loved ones or colleagues.
