Our PHN is one of the most complex and diverse regions in Victoria. The current system is poorly equipped to provide equity for vulnerable minority groups such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, culturally and linguistically diverse populations, and people living in rural and remote Australia.

Priority populations in our region include people identifying as LGBTIQ, those experiencing homelessness, culturally and linguistically diverse groups, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, and other priority groups, all of which have additional and complex needs that are not necessarily being met by the current service system.
