Strengthening Care for Children Project

Resources for participating general practices

The Strengthening Care for Children (SC4C) project is a randomised controlled trial in which all participating general practices will receive the SC4C integrated model of care for 12 months. Every month, beginning in June 2021, one general practice will switch from standard GP care to the SC4C model of care. More information is available on our website.
