A visually engaging and plain language booklet that explains the core concepts of hepatitis C is available to download from the St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne website.

The Hepatitis C: Good News About Treatment booklet includes information on direct acting antiviral treatments, which are curing thousands of people across Australia.

The booklet is available in three languages.

Developed in consultation with consumers and communities, with support and funding from North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network, the booklet is now available in English, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese. A5 hard copies for clients or patients can be ordered by contacting Gabrielle Bennett, Victorian Viral Hepatitis Educator by email: Gabrielle.BENNETT@svha.org.au.

Congratulations to Gabrielle Bennett, Margaret Sutherland and the team at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne’s Gastroenterology Department for producing this quality resource.
