Telehealth: Introducing video visits with your patients

North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network in partnership with Eastern Melbourne PHN and South Eastern Melbourne PHN invites you to an online update for general practices on video telehealth. Hosted by Healthdirect, this webinar will outline the foundations of telehealth, how it can be implemented in your practice, and how to navigate risks and barriers and set-up workflows.

In this session we will examine video call features for general practice staff and the set up for practice managers and clinic administrators. Come away from the session with a better understanding of:

• video call configuration and set up
• how video call works and how patients attend via video call
• how to integrate video calls into general practice workflows

Also hear from Dr Arthur Zulman, GP from Macedon Medical Centre, who has conducted most of his telehealth consultations through video rather than telephone. Dr Zulman has found telehealth via video easy to use for himself and his patients.
