Sudden Loss of Vision

An education webinar for GPs to improve their knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and management of patients presenting with sudden loss of vision.

 A 1 hour lecture style presentation for GPs and GP registrars.  An Ophthalmology speaker, presenting on how GPs can approach the assessment and primary care management of patients who are experiencing sudden loss of vision, with a focus on safety netting and when to refer.

• Develop a safety framework approach to the diagnostic assessment of patients presenting with sudden loss of vision
• Increase your  understanding of the management of some of the causes of sudden loss of vision
• Utilise appropriate referral pathways
