Preventing dementia: peer discussion group for Practice Nurses

You are invited to join a peer group discussion with other Practice Nurses about dementia prevention in general practice.

You do not need to have any special interest in dementia, or preventing dementia. We just want to hear about your current approach, and your thoughts on the barriers and enablers to dementia prevention in your practice.

Your input will help us develop an innovative and appropriate approach to dementia prevention in primary care.

Light refreshments will be served.
