Presented by Brotherhood of St Laurence, Local Area Coordinators for the NWMPHN region, this session will provide information and resources to help both you and your patients to navigate the NDIS.

The session will cover the NDIS model, what supports are available and how they work with mainstream services, the vital role GPs play in assisting people with disability to apply, and the support systems available throughout the process for GPs and applicants.
