| Tony McManus is a National beyondblue Ambassador, Community Ambassador of RUOK and mental health advocate. He inspires people to make a change in their life by sharing his own lived experiences. Sharing his own insight and wisdom, Tony aims to raise awareness about mental health, helping to reduce stigma and support a positive discussion about a very important subject. A significant belief he holds and teaches is: “The best exercise that you can do is to help somebody else who is down to get up”.
