Come along to our interactive workshop with the Black Dog Institute on helping participants incorporate effective wellbeing and leadership within their teams.

Leaders play a pivotal role in fostering the wellbeing of their teams through the behaviors they model and their ability to observe and act when team members are struggling.

They also play a key role in successfully integrating team members back into work after a period of sickness related absence.

This program is a fantastic opportunity for managers and team leaders in the community to gain insight into the prevalence of mental health issues, changes in behaviour in teams and what they may really mean.

Participants will also be able to develop the skills to have effective conversations around stress, mental health and wellbeing and support team members to return to work after sickness or absence.

This program will also help participants recognise the behaviours that effective managers, supervisors and leaders use to promote wellbeing within their team.
