CAREinMIND FY19 Service Provider Update

North Western Melbourne PHN invite contracted Mental Health Providers to an information session on Mental Health Commissioning activities.

The following topics will be covered:

NWMPHN mental health system of care

• An interactive update on the status of the system of care, underpinning principles and vision for future development

• Take a tour of our new look website that improves user experience and makes it easier for service information to be accessed.  Ask questions and provide feedback.

• An update from Jag Dhaliwal, Executive Director, Service Development & Reform on commission priorities in 2018/19.

• This is a significant and exciting new development enabling direct access to consumer reported experience of CAREinMIND services at key points in their care journey. This insight will place consumers at the centre of our planning and service design.  Come and hear about how this initiative will be rolled out and what it will mean for you, as a service provider.
