Build upon your Advance Care Planning knowledge from the Level 1 ACP workshop and take your ACP knowledge one step further by attending the one day Level 2 ACP workshop. Staff must have attended and completed the Level 1 ACP workshop before signing up and attending this Level 2 ACP workshop.

  • The Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016
  • ACP in the CaLD community
  • The consumers perspective
  • Writing Advance Care Directives
