Advance Care Planning 1 Day workshop

This one day workshop covers what Advance Care Planning is, the current legal framework, communication skills and culture considerations.

The workshop is open to all healthcare professionals. It is free and equips health professionals with the knowledge and skills to participate in Advance Care Planning. The workshop will cover:

• The Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act
• Legal implications of Advance Care Planning
• CALD and Advance Care Planning
