Our interactive panel discussion will see three esteemed guests share their experiences – Ishneet Kaur (General Manager, Heartwest), Dr Katherine Miller (Geriatrician, Aria Health) and Elspeth Fink-Jensen (Change Manager, Northern Health).
SPEAKERS:
Dr Katherine Miller MBBS (Hons) FRACP
Katherine is currently a Consultant Geriatrician at Aria Health. She previously worked at RMH as part of the Connecting Care project – as a physician builder and a medical speciality trainer for the EPIC EMR. Katherine was also a web developer with a Bachelor of Multimedia & Media Studies.
Ishneet Kaur
Ishneet is currently the General Manager at Heartwest. She previously worked in Quality Management both in Australia and overseas. Ishneet also has a Dentistry background and an MBA in Hospital Management.
Elspeth Fink-Jensen
Elspeth is currently a Change Manager at Northern Health, with work experiences in RMH, Peter Mac and RWH in the Change Management space. Being part of the core Change Management team at RMH during the Connecting Care project, her team brought RMH into the 21st century by digitising its medical records via the EPIC EMR.
