North Western Melbourne PHN and Craigcare Plumpton Villa Aged Care welcome you to this free education session. This wound care update and falls prevention session is ideally suited to clinicians and carers working across the primary health care setting and includes GPs and Practice Nurses, as well as Nurses working in the community and aged care settings.

Director, WoundCare Services, FAWMA, Mast Woundcare(Monash)
Jane Rice is a well-known expert in wound care in Victoria. She has worked as a wound consultant for many years and brings her expertise and experience to the aged care setting.
