This informative and interactive training will aim to improve the confidence of general practitioners to effectively screen, treat and manage patients with hepatitis B and C and to apply the latest clinical information about antiretro-viral therapy. Attend in person in Parkville or attend via webinar

The aim of the session is to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of GPs to effectively screen, treat and manage patients with Hepatitis B or C. It will aim to assist GPs to confidently interpret Viral Hepatitis test results, understand the treatment and referral options for their management, and inform GPs of the process to become a HBV s100 Prescriber.

This session has been approved for 4x Category 2 RACGP points and 2x ACRRM PDP core points.

Presenter:
This session will be facilitated by Dr Matt Penn - a s100 HIV and s100 Hepatitis B prescriber who works at the Centre Clinic, PRONTO and North Richmond Community Health.
