PIPQI is coming! NWMPHN is running interactive training sessions for the use of PENCAT4

Is your practice using or has interest in having the PENCAT4 data extraction tool installed? Are you wishing to apply for the Australian Government's new Quality Improvement Practice Incentive Payment starting on 1 August 2019? Then consider attending one of our beginners, or advanced, PENCAT4 “hands on” training sessions for the general practice team. 

Beginners Training: Is an introduction to PENCAT4 for people who would like a refresher or are new users to the PENCAT tool.
 
Advanced Training: For the experienced PENCAT user! A more in depth exploration of how the PENCAT tool can be utilised in general practice.    

Session Times:
Tuesday 21st May: Beginners Class 9:00am -12:00pm (No Vacancies)

Advanced Class: 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Thursday 23rd May: Beginners Class: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
 Advanced Class: 6:00pm - 9:00pm 

Learning outcomes:

  • Have a clear understanding of what the PENCAT tool is and how it can be used to drive QI in general practice
  • Demonstrate successful use of PENCAT tool through active participation in scenario-based learning
  • Interpret data successfully to assist in QI measures within your own general practice
