We would like to invite you to the next Integrated Care Community of Practice (CoP) online meeting for all healthcare practitioners, social care and community providers in the Western Melbourne Region.

This CoP is a panel discussion on Adaptation and Learnings during COVID 19 in the region. This will be followed by Q&A and general discussion. There will also be optional breakout rooms at the end where all are welcome to discuss their services and experiences in the region.

The panel discussion is chaired by A/Prof Craig Nelson, Western Health and includes:

  • Julia Firth, Operations Manager Adult Specialist Clinics Western Health, Scaling telehealth in Outpatients           
  • Carsten Schley, Clinical Services Manager, Sunshine Headspace, Experiences and data on telehealth consultations at Headspace during COVID 19
  • Prof Bodil Rasmussen, Chair in Nursing, Western Health Partnership, Where to next for telehealth
  • John Jackson, Director, Project Pharmacist, Centre for Medicine Use & Safety, Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences, Monash University, Community Pharmacy Services, Technology and COVID-19

This event is open to all local general practice, community health, council services, hospitals, community houses, home services, allied health services, social services, support services, aged care, mental health services and more with a view to increasing local service awareness and connectivity. Everyone is welcome to use the chat function during the event.
